This project involved the construction of a completely new 8m x 7m cavity block garage, built to a high specification and fully equipped for a modern workshop setup. The structure was designed with long-term durability and performance in mind, incorporating all key utilities from the outset, including water, electrical supply, internet connection and a toilet installation.
A hand-cut insulated roof was formed and finished with anthracite fascias and soffits, along with six overhead skylights to maximise natural light throughout the space. The exterior was completed using a full K Rend silicone render system for a clean, weather-resistant and low-maintenance finish.
The garage features a 5-metre insulated electric roller door to provide secure vehicle access, complemented by a high-quality PVC entrance door at the rear. Internally, the building was fully wired and specified for a high-end workshop environment, allowing for future equipment, machinery and storage systems.
To complete the space, a seamless resin floor system was installed, providing a durable, chemical-resistant and easy-clean finish suitable for both domestic and professional use.
The final result is a premium, fully serviced garage/workshop built from the ground up to a modern standard, combining structural integrity with practical functionality.
