• Internal & External Property Upgrades

This project involved a full series of internal and external upgrades across an entire property, carried out over multiple phases to modernise the home, improve functionality and increase long-term value.

We started outside by installing a full perimeter fence around the property, providing security and privacy. A large Millboard composite decking area was then constructed, creating a durable, low-maintenance outdoor living space. The existing driveway was replaced with a new block-paved system, which continued around the rear of the property so the pathways tied in seamlessly with the front.

A steel-framed carport was then fabricated and built on site, finished with anthracite grey PVC cladding for a clean, modern aesthetic and long-lasting weather protection.

Inside the property, a full refresh was carried out. All internal doors were replaced, and electric underfloor heating was installed throughout the entire ground floor. The rear patio opening was increased, lintelled and fitted with new aluminium bifold doors to allow more light and better garden access.

We then supplied and fitted all new skirting boards, architraves and flooring across the ground floor. The old staircase bannister and spindles were removed and upgraded to a new system with glass panels, and we built bespoke under-stairs storage to maximise space and improve functionality.

The end result is a fully upgraded home with modern finishes, improved layout, and high-quality features inside and out.
