• Garage Conversion – Andreas

This attached garage in Andreas was fully transformed from a cold, outdated storage space into a warm, modern and practical extension of the home. We stripped the entire area back to bare blockwork and built a complete insulated envelope, studding out the walls, floor and ceiling to meet today’s thermal standards.

The old garage door was removed, a new footing was excavated and poured, and the front opening was blocked up professionally to form a solid external wall. High-performance energy-efficient windows were installed to maximise warmth and natural light.

Electric underfloor heating was fitted throughout to provide efficient, comfortable heating. The layout was redesigned to create a dedicated home office with hard-wired internet points, along with a new utility area that includes a toilet and practical storage space.

New windows, a new back door, a full re-wire, upgraded lighting, and Kingspan/PIR insulation finished the envelope before dry-lining and preparation for plastering.

The result is a warm, functional and high-quality living space that blends naturally with the existing home — adding long-term value and everyday comfort.
